DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery Policy
Delivery to Canada only.
MC-Création chooses the best delivery service available for your destination. Each shipment comes with a tracking number that you will receive by email once the order is processed. HOWEVER, if your package is in an envelope, it may be delivered with Canada Post without a tracking number. If this is an issue for you, please indicate it in the comments when placing your order.
Orders are delivered and prepared on weekdays, Monday through Friday. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability or origin.
Deliveries to remote areas:
In order to offer competitive prices to our customers, we reserve the right to contact customers who live in a remote area to agree on an adjustment to the amount of fixed shipping costs. Especially when the cost of delivery exceeds the amount of the product purchased.
Item availability:
We strive, using several systems in place, to update inventory as frequently as possible. If your order contains items with inventory or shipping issues, we will contact you promptly to inform you.
Information on free home delivery:
Only items sold online and special order items that can also be purchased online are eligible for free shipping up to a certain minimum amount.
Our carriers:
We use a variety of carriers to deliver our orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship our packages with: Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, GLS & others, if necessary.
Processing time:
Orders are processed within 3-5 days.
Delivery times:
Delivery time varies depending on the type of order but is between 7 and 10 working days.
Example: Custom orders may take 14 days or more to ship.
Return and Exchange Policy
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
MC-Creation is committed to offering you an exchange or refund within 15 business days of your purchase* upon presentation of the invoice (or order number). If 15 days have passed since your purchase, no exchange or refund will be made.
IMPORTANT: The item to be refunded or exchanged must be in its original condition. It must not have been worn, washed, or damaged, and must contain all its parts (if applicable). No tags must be removed. MC-Creation reserves the right, at any time, to refuse any exchange or refund if it deems it necessary.
* Please note that there are no exchanges or refunds on sale or final sale items, perishable goods, lingerie, body products, cosmetics, intimate or sanitary products, jewelry, and gift certificates.
If a refund request is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable time. In the case of an exchange, a new product will be returned to you, provided it is in stock.
Final Sale Items:
Clearance items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Shipping for refund or exchange:
To return a product for exchange or refund, you must mail it.
The shipping cost for a return is at your expense.
Please note that:
The time it takes to receive your exchange product may vary depending on where you live.
If your item is worth more than $75, consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance.
MC-Creation does not guarantee that it will receive the item you return.
Once received and after inspection of the item, you will receive an email confirming receipt as well as the verdict as to whether we approve or reject your refund or exchange request.
Late or missing refund (if applicable):
If after 4 working days you still have not received your refund:
Look at your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company. There may be some delays before your refund is officially posted.
If after all these steps you still have not received anything after a delay of more than 7 days, please contact MC-Creation at contact@mc-creation.ca
In the case of an exchange:
MC-Creation only replaces an item if it is defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@mc-creation.ca and send your item to 654 1ère Rue, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, J2X 3B8, Canada.
